TERMS OF USE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Consumer Protection Under Israeli Law

Your booking is protected under Israel’s consumer protection laws. Below is the official cancellation and refund policy for transportation and travel services.

Cancellation Terms

If a cancellation notice is received in written form:

1. Up to 31 days before the arrival date – Full refund.
2. 30 to 16 days before the arrival date – 75% refund.
3. 15 to 8 days before the arrival date – 50% refund.
4. 7 days or less before the arrival date – No refund will be issued.

Important Notes

• Cancellations of specific transportation services, hotel bookings, visas, and taxes during your stay do not qualify for a partial refund.
• Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason, including medical or family emergencies, wartime, or strikes.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or changes in plans.

Refund Requests and Processing

• All refund or service-related requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of your return date.
• Refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee, plus any non-refundable hotel or supplier charges.
• Claims for unused services must be supported by written confirmation from a local representative.
• Processing of refunds and claims can take up to six weeks from the date all required documentation is received.
• No refunds will be given for unused services, including missed airport transfers, meals, entrance fees, accommodations, or tours due to flight delays, airline changes, or other personal circumstances.

Legal Notes

• No verbal or written promise by hotel staff, guides, or third-party providers is binding unless confirmed in writing by us.
• Terms and pricing are based on current exchange rates and may change without notice.
• All prices are based on the exchange rate as of July 1, 2022 (1 USD = 3.52 NIS).

Applicability

Unless otherwise specified for a particular trip, these terms apply to all bookings and transportation in Israel. Additional terms for specific trips will be provided on the relevant trip page or client agreement.
